La nuova stagione si apre con volti nuovi ma anche tante conferme, a partire da Mister De Giorgi che, al timone della Prima Squadra, avrà l’obbiettivo di dare continuità al progetto tecnico avviato nella scorsa stagione, tirando fuori il meglio dal gruppo che gli verrà messo a disposizione.
La splendida stagione trascorsa, che ha visto l’approdo alle Semifinali Playoff e il debutto (con gol!) dei ragazzi provenienti dalle giovanili, lo ha visto sicuramente protagonista grazie agli accorgimenti tattici impartiti ai ragazzi e all’ottima gestione di un gruppo molto giovane.
Il resto dello Staff Tecnico della Prima Squadra, composto dal Direttore Sportivo S. Fasini e dal Responsabile della Prima Squadra V. Verri, si dice molto soddisfatto per il rapporto maturato con De Giorgi e, felici per il proseguo, si augurano di continuare sull’ottima strada intrapresa.
Le parole del Mister: “Ringrazio la società Vernole Calcio: Presidente, Direttore Sportivo e tutti i dirigenti in primis, per avermi dato fiducia affidandomi la guida tecnica della squadra nella stagione 2019/2020 a prescindere dal campionato che la società Vernole andrà a disputare.
Con la società si sta lavorando, di comune accordo, alla conferma in blocco del gruppo della passata stagione, aggiungendo alla rosa ragazzi di esperienza e di buon valore calcistico, grazie all’intuito e alle conoscenze del Direttore Sportivo Simone Fasini, che sta lavorando da diversi mesi.
A breve la società presenterà i primi colpi di mercato: ottimi giocatori che porteranno la giusta esperienza e il giusto entusiasmo per i nuovi progetti che la società ha posto in essere.
Mi auguro di ripagare in pieno la fiducia accordatami dalla società, affinché il Vernole Calcio venga ripagato dei sacrifici fatti in questi anni.
